Robert S. Ellin
CHAIRMAN AND CEO
Robert has twenty years of investment and turnaround experience. Prior to founding Trinad, he was Founder and President of Atlantis Equities Inc., a private investment company. Founded in 1990, Atlantis actively managed an investment portfolio of small capitalization public companies, as well as select private company investments. Robert played an active role in its investee companies including board representation, management selection, corporate finance and other advisory services. He spearheaded investments in Mandalay Digital (MNDL), Majesco Entertainment (COOL), ThQ, Inc. (THQI), Grand Toys (GRIN), Forward Industries, Inc. (FORD) and iwon.com. He completed a leveraged buyout of S&S Industries, Inc. where he also served as President from 1996 to 1998. Prior to Atlantis, Robert worked in Institutional Sales at LF Rothschild and was Manager of Retail Operations at Lombard Securities. He currently sits on the board of the Board of Governors at Cedars-Sinai Hospital and is on the president committee of his alma mater, Pace University.
Michael L. Zemetra
Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a seasoned executive with extensive financial and operational experience in building, managing and scaling large global organizations, systems and operations. He has built and led financial organizations across multi-billion-dollar technology, media, ecommerce, entertainment, retail and telecommunications companies. Most recently, Michael served as the divisional chief financial officer for the business cloud division of j2 Global (NASDAQ: JCOM). Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer for the in-flight entertainment services company, Global Eagle Entertainment (NASDAQ: ENT), and previously as senior vice president and chief accounting officer for digital content and media company, Demand Media, Inc. (now Leaf Group, NASDAQ: LFGR). Michael began his career in the entertainment group of PwC, where he advised large content and media companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, and LucasFilm. Michael holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics from the University of California, Riverside and a CPA from the State of California.
Douglas Schaer
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
An experienced entrepreneur and business strategist, Doug specializes in franchise asset development and foundation building in the entertainment and sports genres. Previously, Doug served as Chief Operating Officer for Hero Ventures, an innovative live entertainment production and touring company whose inaugural production, The Marvel Experience, thrilled fans around the country with an immersive, interactive experience like no other. He continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Doug earned a BA in Government from Wesleyan University, holds a J.D. in Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and is a member of the California Bar. He was a long-time certified player agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association and is regarded for his expertise in the niche area of Baseball Salary Arbitration preparation and litigation.
Schuyler Hoversten
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Schuyler brings an outstanding business acumen and a keen understanding of the media and entertainment industries, structuring the recent four-year partnership with Rock in Rio. Prior to joining LiveXLive, Schuyler was the co-owner and inaugural team president of the LA KISS pro arena football team, overseeing all aspects of the business including sponsorship, ticketing, and merchandise revenues. Additionally, he managed the team’s brand identity, marketing and game day entertainment initiatives with rock legends Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The team achieved the top revenues, attendance and media coverage across the league. Before that, Schuyler oversaw business development for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Under his leadership, the Dodgers set new revenue records year-over-year and implemented first-ever brand entitlement and activation spaces at Dodger Stadium, including the United Club Suites, Lexus Dugout Club and Ketel One Lounge.
Blake Indursky
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER & EVP
Blake brings 20 years experience in the music and technology industries, beginning his career at Sony Music Entertainment. As a department head at Sony, he developed and launched new e-commerce businesses including subscription services, merchandising, artist profit sharing programs and ticketing initiatives. He also focused on video-on-demand strategies and created ancillary revenue streams through strategic alliances with ISPs, wireless carriers and major consumer brands. Blake has negotiated global rights deals with the major music record companies, and developed and launched an advertising-based music service. In addition, he created a reorganization plan for MTV Networks in the mobile, subscription and live event businesses. On the artist side, he has been involved in the careers of Beyonce, Shakira, Jessica Simpson, and Pearl Jam among others. He is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey state bars.
Phil Quartararo
PRESIDENT, LIVEXLIVE
Phil is a renowned music industry executive who has overseen the launch of many notable careers. After Phil helped Island Records break U2 in the U.S, he was recruited by Sir Richard Branson to help launch Virgin Records America and later became its CEO. Later, as President of Warner Bros. Records, he personally signed artists such as Linkin Park and Josh Groban, and guided many more careers including those of Madonna, Cher, Wilco, Eric Clapton, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Faith Hill, and Green Day. Since 2007, he has focused on digital music distribution startups with his company Tripod Partners working with Beta Records TV, Shazam, and Guvera. He's managed major acts, executive produced a Grammy winning album and an 8-hour PBS mini-series, and served on the board of the Grammy Foundation.
Michael J. Bebel
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Rights Management
Mike is a music industry veteran and digital music service entrepreneur with more than 20 years of global operating experience. Mike has consulted for several digital media and entertainment companies assisting with strategic planning, forecasting, operational development, business development, music licensing and music industry relations. Most recently, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer of MixRadio, LTD, a division of LINE Corporation, where he led the product management, product marketing, engineering, global music industry relations, music licensing and content programming teams that successfully scaled the highly-rated MixRadio music streaming service across 31 countries serving millions of active listeners. Prior to that, Mike held various digital entertainment leadership positions at Nokia, Inc. and Microsoft, and was the Chief Executive Officer of Total Music, LLC a joint venture between the Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment. Mike was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruckus Network, Inc., a digital media service serving college and university students across more than 100 campuses nationwide that he successfully merged with Total Music. Before that, he spearheaded the development of a peer-to-peer music platform as the Chief Executive Officer of Mashboxx, LLC. Mike led the development of and launched the legal version of Napster as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, and had successfully sold Pressplay to Roxio, Inc. to form the foundation of the new Napster.

Mike holds an MBA in finance and economics from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Jerome N. Gold

Jerry has been a music and entertainment executive for the past 37 years, including serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Warner Music Group for nearly a decade. In addition to his responsibilities as Warner Music's Chief Financial Officer, he extended his focus to strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Jerry also managed Warner Music's investment in Columbia House, a direct marketing joint venture with Sony Music, and was a member of the board of directors. Jerry was also a partner at Ernst & Young for 12 years and led the firm's media and entertainment practice where he was responsible for clients like Time Warner, PolyGram, Boston Ventures and Silver Screen Partners.

Craig L. Foster
Independent Director
Craig Foster has served as a director of our Company since July 7, 2017. Mr. Foster previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Amobee, Inc., a digital advertising platform, from April 2015 until May 2017. From February 2013 until April 2015, Mr. Foster served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc., a publicly-traded networking and communications company. From June 2012 to February 2013, Mr. Foster served as Director in the technology infrastructure and software group of Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, an investment bank. From August 2007 to June 2012, Mr. Foster served as an Executive Director and co-head of the software group of UBS Securities LLC, an investment bank. Mr. Foster has also held various management positions at RBC Capital Markets, an investment bank, Loudcloud, a software and services platform, PricewaterhouseCoopers, a public accounting firm and Deloitte, a public accounting firm. Mr. Foster holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Foster is a member of the Board of Directors's audit, compensation and nominating committees and the chairman of the audit and nominating committees.

Jay Krigsman
Independent Director
Jay Krigsman has served as a director of our Company since April 26, 2012. Mr. Krigsman has been the Executive Vice President and Asset Manager of The Krausz Companies since 1992, where he assists in property acquisitions, oversees the company’s property management team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic leasing programs. Prior to joining The Krausz Companies, Mr. Krigsman had the senior leasing responsibilities for Birtcher Development Co. Mr. Krigsman holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute, a Sr. Certified Leasing Specialist designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. Mr. Krigsman currently serves on the board of directors of Trinad Capital, our principal stockholder. Mr. Krigsman received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Krigsman is a member of the Board of Directors's audit, compensation and nominating committees and the chairman of the compensation committee.
Tim Spengler
Independent Director
Tim Spengler has served as a director of our Company since September 27, 2017. Mr. Spengler has more than 25 years of experience working directly with marketers to drive business results through innovative approaches to media. From July 2016 until June 2017, he served as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Simulmedia, an advertising technology firm. From October 2015 through June 2016, Mr. Spengler served as Chief Executive Officer of FUISZ Video, an interactive digital video company. From November 2013 through October 2014, Mr. Spengler served as President/Content Marketing and Revenue Strategy for iHeart Media, a leading media company delivering music, news and talk content across multiple platforms. Mr. Spengler served as a senior executive at IPG for nearly two decades, holding positions of increasing responsibility, including President, North America for Initiative from 2008 to 2012 and Worldwide Chief Executive Officer for MAGNA GLOBAL from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Spengler currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Hollywood Radio & Television Society and National Association of Television Program Executives. He is also on the advisory board of emerging media companies, including Influential Social and IgnitionOne. Mr. Spengler received a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St Louis, Missouri.
